+ 1977: Launched his career at age 18, becoming one of the youngest people to obtain a real estate license in Maryland.
+ 1991: Founded Builder’s First Choice, the second largest new home sales & marketing team in the country - included offices in 5 states, employed over 300 people, and reached nearly $1 billion in sales.
+ 2008: Founded Bob Lucido Team together with wife Tracy and just a small group of agents.
+ 2014: Joined Keller Williams; became #1 KW team in the world.
+ 2016: Launched global division, Lucido Agency.
+ TODAY: More than 200 Lucido team members throughout multiple locations across the country; recognized by REAL Trends and The Wall Street Journal as the #2 real estate team in the country.
