CAROL DELGADO

DIRECTOR OF GROWTH, LUCIDO AGENCY

In this role, Delgado is responsible for leading the growth strategy and direction for expansion. She is based in Tysons, VA and reports to Jack Mazza, Expansion Director.

Since November of 2016, Delgado has served as Lucido Agency’s Regional Director for Northern Virginia. During that time she led the successful implementation of the go-to market strategy in the region. Before joining Lucido Agency, she was the Team Leader/CEO at Keller Williams Arlington, where she was the Team Leader of an office of more than 200 agents. During her time at KW Arlington, Delgado helped the office become number 1 in Arlington County’s market share.
