Top real estate team with Keller Williams has strategic plans for further expansion

Miami, FL - Lucido Agency, a global leader in real estate sales, announced that Andrea Leslie has been promoted as Director of Growth.

Lucido Agency - which does business as Lucido Agency, Lucido Global, and Bob Lucido Team in 9 different states  - is the #1 team by volume in the nation across all brokerages according to REAL Trends and The Wall Street Journal, and is also the top team by volume with the largest real estate company in the world, Keller Williams Realty.

In this role, Leslie joins current Director of Growth, Carol Delgado, in leading the growth strategy and direction for the expansion of the Lucido organization. She is based in Miami, FL and reports to Jack Mazza, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Expansion. “Where we are in expansion is in infancy. I think where we are going and where we are roadmapping to visionary and also doable because we have such structure in our models,” said Leslie. “Our model is really about quality - not quantity. We are always seeking to create a win-win opportunity with our partners so they can meet and exceed their goals.”

Since March of 2018, Leslie has served as Managing Partner and Team Leader for Lucido Global in South Florida. During that time she led the successful implementation of the go-to market strategy in the region, opening multiple Lucido offices and launching Lucido Commercial, the company’s commercial division in Florida.

With over two decades of impeccable experience and results, Leslie is regarded in the industry as being an esteemed professional real estate consultant and advisor for both commercial and investment real estate. Before joining the Lucido organization, she was the Team Leader/CEO at Keller Williams Downtown LA in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that, Leslie was the Team Leader at Keller Williams Legacy in Weston, FL.

“Andrea's experience, track record, and industry connections have been vital as we have enhanced and expanded Lucido Global in Florida,” said Mazza. “We are excited that she and Carol will be teaming up to now enhance and expand our organization across the country - and beyond.”

The Lucido organization currently has teams in Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Oregon, Washington, Washington D.C, and Virginia. The company is looking to expand strategically by partnering with passionate, driven, proven-go getters who share the Lucido values, vision for growth, and goal of delivering the ultimate real estate experience.
