Keller Williams Family Reunion 2021 is in the books! Last week, February 15th-18th, Keller Williams Realty, Inc. held their annual Family Reunion for 2021, which is officially the biggest event in KW history.
The virtual event consisted of numerous online sessions where Keller Williams agents and brokers all over the globe spoke about the real estate industry. In the words of KW, “Family Reunion is coveted, valuable, and digital access to the most reputable training and networking the real estate industry has ever seen.”
Classes included Gary Keller’s Vision Speech, Expert-Led Master Classes where top leaders gave 20 minute presentations on high-impact topics, Hands on Command Workshops, where agents were able to work on their business in real time, and Entertaining Spotlight Sessions, such as the Choo.
Lucido Takeaways
Many agents from the Lucido team attended the sessions to obtain key knowledge for their business moving forward, including members of the Lucido family themselves. Team members each spoke about their biggest takeaways and aha’s from Family Reunion in a weekly team call this past Tuesday:
Bob Lucido, President + CEO, Associate Broker and Andrea Leslie, Director of Growth, both mentioned that the idea of getting back to basics was one of their biggest takeaways from the events. Andrea further explained that the real estate industry always goes back to fundamentals, such as proper usage of a database, “smart business starts with a smart database,” she said.
Leslie also pointed out some of the impressive stats announced at KWFR including; KW agents have 44% more showings; KW agents sell 3% more properties than other agents out of 95,000 Bright MLS members; and KW agents are selling homes 2 days faster than any other brokerage in Bright MLS market.
Carol Delgado, Director of Growth, joined the conversation by quoting Gary Keller’s Vision speech, “there are 5 months of inventory tied to forbearance,” said Keller. Delgado further mentioned that, “it is the agents job to now get in front of these individuals first, before they raise their hand.” For more information on forbearance, click here.
Tracy Lucido, Vice President, stated that her biggest takeaway was that there is no better time like the present. Tracy further explained that even though we as an industry have navigated through COVID-19, it’s very much still a threat. “We need to be realtors of reason. We need to have multiple resources no matter what our clients are looking for, everything from contractors to someone to listen to,” said Tracy. She also gave some encouraging words inspired from the sessions she attended during KWFR, “once you get the momentum going, keep it going,” she said.
Finally, Lauren Lucido, Director of Marketing, wrapped up the takeaways with one of her own, “When we try to talk to everybody, we talk to nobody.” Lauren said this quote stood out to her because it stretches the importance of knowing your clients in order to make an impact.
Between the breakouts, workshops, and industry-shaping insights, agents left Family Reunion 2021 with a notebook full of ideas to help elevate their business this year.
