The candidate will be working with an energetic and dynamic team of real estate professionals to ensure an exceptional client experience. Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Answers calls, delivers messages and greets guests
Oversees office technology and communications systems
Coordinates lead distribution and accountability measures
Provides support to agents, leadership and office personnel
Handles mail deliveries and courier tasks
Serves as point person for office maintenance, appearance, supplies and equipment
