The objective of the Client Care Coordinator is to support the day to day on-goings of busy Real Estate Agents in a very busy real estate office. Prior Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience is required.

Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities include:
Process real estate transactions from beginning to end, this includes listings, buyer’s contracts, rental transactions and Requests for Commission (RFCs) for Real Estate Agents
Consult and coordinate with Marketing, Staging and Photography teams to obtain property photos, staging, signage, lockbox, access requirements and marketing activities
Work with real estate software system to successfully create and close agent transactions
Perform final review and check all completed transactions for correct paperwork
Input client information into database system
Input all listing information into MLS as needed
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems
Troubleshoot questions from agents regarding their transactions, commission checks
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
Requirements:
Prior Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience is required
Maryland Real Estate License is preferred
Prior experience with MRIS is required, Dotloop and Salesforce are highly preferred
Ability to coordinate and communicate with staff and agents in a warm and helpful manner using exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our agents, maintaining a professional positive service-oriented attitude
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once with regards to communication, timely task completion, prioritization and accuracy while being cost-effective, resourceful and solutions oriented
Ability and Willingness to work as a team player, assisting others when needed
