Bob Lucido Team created the Elite Agent Training Program to offer new or young agents the unparalleled opportunity of learning every aspect of real estate brokerage from the masterminds behind the #1 team in the world. Over a two year rotational program, trainees will be mentored personally by Bob and Tracy Lucido as well as our COO, Team Leader, and Marketing Director. Trainees will gain extensive knowledge and experience in areas encompassing client acquisition, database management, marketing, negotiation, market analysis, contract to close processes, transaction coordination, business development, and professionalism coaching.
